Cancellation fee of Rs 800 is applicable, for cancellation made less than 6 hours prior to starting time of service.

Free of charge, if cancellation is made more than 6 hours, from requested time of start of service.

You have to identify yourself to the driver and show evidence of booking and payment.

Our chauffeurs wear neat dark trousers, white or blue shirt.

We supply requested or equivalent vehicle and concerning the chauffeur it will depend on his availability at time of booking.

Yes, you can choose your chauffeur and it will depends on his availability at time of booking.

Reasonable change in time pick up is acceptable, depending on our planning, but change in day and place of pick up will bear no refund and a new booking must be done.

Chauffeur Privé provides its own chauffeur-driven vehicles only.

Bank transfer or cash payment.
Note: Cash payment should be done at our office in Plaine Lauzun (at least one day before the event)
